worth carrying forward.

A narrative city and world strategy game: lead as a Warden among the Bastion Houses and the Rooted, two peoples sharing a damaged Earth.

Discover the story

01 / THE STORY BEHIND LAST SPIRE

Do you rebuild above the world—or adapt to the life it has become?

Two peoples. One damaged Earth. Different ideas of survival.

The Shatter left Earth poisoned by the Blight. The Bastion Houses rose above the clouds in mechanical city-states, surviving through lift, filtration, power and repair.

Below them live the Rooted, a people born from the changed Earth. Their cities are living architecture, shaped by connection, vitality and inherited memory. Both peoples inhabit the same world, and their needs can put them in conflict.

Last Spire is a narrative city and world strategy game. You take the role of a Warden: build a place for your people, make decisions beyond its walls and become part of a wider story about what survival should mean.

For players who want city building, world strategy and a setting with its own history and competing beliefs.

02 / THE EXPERIENCE

A city is only the beginning.

  1. Build a place to live

Bastion’s industrial city rises from a foothold of repaired steel and Asterite machinery. The Rooted answer with engineered living structures on the surface below.

  2. Venture into Ashveil

The poisoned surface holds what a city needs. Expeditions make the journey out and the decision to return part of the survival story.

  3. Look beyond your own walls

The world-strategy direction connects cities, alliances and the Last Spire itself: a shared megaproject joining the Bastion Crown and the Rooted Heartroot over the Asterite Scar.

03 / INSIDE LAST SPIRE

A world already taking shape.

Development captures from the game’s Bastion and Rooted city scenes. These show the game project itself, separately from Stelrion’s cinematic interpretation.
